Who needs a Key anyway??

Did u ever have one of those "not-so-good-day-when-you-just-wanna-get-home-and-sleep" days?? Well the other night I was having a night like that. Nothing much was wrong, I just didn't have the best day that's all. But the day was soon to be over and my bed was calling...or was it?? hahah
We were leaving Fila with Carina and Mathias and I was going to drive them home. We were kind of hungry though, so we decided to drop by MacDonald's and have ourselves a nice evening snack. These things usually go pretty smoothly without major complications, right? And so far everything was pretty jolly, as we arrived at the parking lot. We got out of the car, and just as I had closed the door I got that weird "I-know-I-have-forgotten-something" feeling. I immediately thougth...THE KEYS!? I looked through my bag and found that my car keys weren't there...DINGDING!! My mood suddenly changed from not too happy to so annoyed I could throw something at my car! haha!
I looked into my car and there it was.....YEP...we were officially locked out. NO worries though, there was a nearby police station..YAY! We sent M off to ask the police if the could maybe help us out...we waited for a while...got some ice cream and burgers...and waited some more...M came back and then..the blue and white police car and 3 policemen came to our rescue, or so we though!!!
They had like atleast 390044 different keys and tried to open the car for about 15 minutes, No LUCK! The locks in my 15 year old car were too good. Way to go Toyota for making such awesome cars. Now it was time for plan B! Call Mom...haha! Isn't it amazing with such awesome Mom's??
The lesson of the night: I didn't think there really was one, I was just annoyed and feeling stupid. Carina made it clear thougth that things like these build character, and test our character. I think I might have failed this one, but Praise God for friends like M and C who teach me what life is about in every circumstance. These people who love you regardless of your bad days! Besides I have one more funny car memory! And I have a feeling it's not gonna be the last one with this silly little Toyota of mine;)
